Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme Flower Club

Hello, and welcome to our web page.

We warmly invite you to join us for one of our lovely evenings of demonstration of floral art. Sit back, relax and enjoy seeing talented flower arrangers transform flowers and foliage into beautiful designs. Maybe you would win one of the designs at the end of the evening when they are raffled off. We have 82 members and welcome visitors at a cost of only £6 per meeting, payable on entry. It's really helpful if you have the right change!

We had a very special time recently when the art group which follows the flower arrangers painted pictures of our designs with some very good outcomes. The art teacher was delighted and wants to do it again!

Easter Competition

At our April 2017 meeting we enjoyed a competition called, quite simply, "Easter".

We encouraged our ladies to enter using any skill that they wished. You may see knitting, an Easter garden, a beautifully painted card and a beautiful cross stitched card as well as lots of other arrangements. We chose the best by asking our members to put 20p by the ones they liked and 50p by the one they liked the best.

When we totaled the money it came to £27 which is to go to our charity for 2017/18 which is DEBRA.

It was really lovely to see so much talent on display. The winning item was the cake (not real) made by putting leaves around floral foam and a delightful arrangement on the top and Jackie Rabone was our worthy winner. Guess what she won? An Easter Egg of course!!
