Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create your own distinctive arrangement.

You will need:

A small piece of floral foam * A plant pot saucer * Pot tape * A glass dish * A variety of of garden foliages in differing forms - line, rounds and transitional

Requirements.

Use a small plant pot saucer with wet floral foam taped in. Place on top of a glass jar to give space below the arrangement.

Cut 2 pieces of phormium leaf at an angle and place towards the back of the floral foam and 2 pieces flowing forwards. Place 2 fatshedra lizei in the centre of the foam and 2 bergenia at the back.

Add some Heuchera leaves to either side.

Add a rosette of Choisya ternarta Sundance into the centre and a few single leaves of Rubus tricolour at the sides.

Place some seed heads of astilbe to give a contrast in texture and place a few pieces of Skimmia japonica with red buds. Add a few leaves with red colouring to repeat the red colour.
