Following the government announcement that large outdoor events will not be allowed to take place before the 21st June, the floral design marquee will not be at the Cheshire Show this year. There is a possibility that a different kind of a show will take place this year but without us.

Instead, we arranged a Royal Cheshire County 'Virtual' Show 2021 with a new schedule of 10 classes. The judges awarded along similar lines to the RHS where gold, silver gilt, silver and bronze medals have been allocated to the exhibitors.

Comments drawn from the Judges' Report

The variety of titles in the schedule was great and the amount of entries showed it was inspiring to competitors. The standard was very high over all classes. It was delightful to see so many entries and pleasing to be stretched in weighing up the good and less good points. It’s always better and more fun to be challenged in judging.
