All Round Design Using Candles - Provided by Edena Joughin
Follow the step-by-step instructions below to create your own distinctive arrangement.
You will need:
Mechanics: Decorative Pot 3 * Candles Floral * Foam to fit pot * 6 Cinnamon Sticks * Decorative Wire
Plant Material: 9 White Roses * 9 Hedera Leaves (Ivy) * Few pieces of Viburnum Berries * Few pieces of Pittosporum to use as filler

Requirements.

Plant Material.

Shape the floral foam to fit the pot, soak in water. Place in pot; secure with tape. Leave about 4cm above the rim. Attach three cocktail sticks to each candle (this stops the candles from making a huge hole in the foam and gives them more stability in the design) Place the candles as a group in the centre of the foam.

Start the design by placing three groups of three ivy leaves in the side of the foam, graduating towards the candles equidistant in the foam. In the remaining thirds, place a bit of Pittosporum to cover the floral foam, and a bit more to camouflage the cocktail sticks.

Place the roses in three groups of three in the Pittosporum sections of the foam. Form a triangle to achieve a close group of colour. Group the Cinnamon in twos with a bit of textured silver wire. Attach a wire and insert into the sections were the ivy is.

Add some of the Viburnum berries throughout the design to give a change of texture.

Finally loop some of the wire throughout the design in a circular way to create some rhythm. The smoothness of the candles, wire and pot are in contrast to the other materials. Finish the scene with two optional Candle spheres.
