Widnes Blossoms
*A very special Free Taster event with brilliant demonstrator Debbie Davies - 8th April 2026*
See all the details below the club programme.
Our Club
We are a long-established club, formed by ladies with a passion for flowers back in 1967 and in 2024 we changed our club name from Widnes Flower Club to Widnes Blossoms.
We are proud to have continued sharing their enthusiasm.
You don’t have to be a flower arranger to enjoy our fun-filled, friendly club.
We host a programme of NAFAS demonstrators each month, offering plenty of inspiration.
Sit back and relax as you watch fresh flowers and foliage being transformed into stunning designs, accompanied by amusing anecdotes and entertaining stories.
It’s a chance to make new friends as we also offer social events, including visits to flower festivals, shows and stately homes, summer garden party and Christmas dinner in a local restaurant.
Club meetings
Our meetings are held in a hall with a big stage at Farnworth Methodist Church Hall, Derby Road, Widnes, WA8 9JX, starting at 7.30pm.
A sales table offers a variety of new and pre-loved bargains.
To tempt your taste buds we now have a bakery stall every month, offering a selection of homemade cakes and sweet treats. For refreshments, we now serve tea, coffee and biscuits.
All the flower arrangements created on the night are taken home as raffle prizes.
Monthly meetings take place on 1st Wednesday, (except January and August).
Membership and visitors
Annual membership £58, guests welcome (£9 per visit).
Contact the Club
Naomi Hadden (secretary) can be contacted by calling 0151 425 2265 or by using our contact form.
