Details of the virtual class (F14)

Title : Defying Gravity

• Dimensions: Optional up to a maximum width of 76 cm and depth (from backboard) of 68 cm. Height optional

• Open to: Everyone

• There are no entry fees and no monetary prizes.

• Each entrant will create their design at their home and photograph it. No digital enhancement of photographs is permitted, other than levelling and cropping.

• Each competitor can submit one photograph of their design in JPEG format, as an attachment to an email to Cheshire.show@nafascheshire.org.uk to arrive before Friday 27th May 2022.

The email should contain the following information:

• Name Address (including country)

• Email for correspondence

All photographs will be anonymised for the NAFAS qualified judges to assess. Judging for this class will use the RHS type system of Gold, Silver Gilt, Silver and Bronze awards.

At the live Royal Cheshire County Show, in the Theatre of Flowers, photographs of the virtual entries will be displayed with names, comments and awards shown. They may also be made available on the Cheshire NAFAS site (www.nafascheshire.org.uk) and may also be shared on the Cheshire NAFAS Facebook pages.
